Disability Support Worker - CareWA Services
Looking for Male & Female support workers in South Guildford and all of Perth, North and South. Must have proficient English speaking skills!

Position: Disability Support Worker
Job Type: Casual
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised care and support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and within the community.
- Assist participants with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Support participants in developing independent living skills and achieving their personal goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic well-being of our clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant care and progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
All is preferred although not essential.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working in the disability sector is highly regarded.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
