About the Role
Join our Early Parenting Centre and play a crucial role in ensuring safe and patient centred care during their stay.
This will involve, but is not limited to;

Providing timely admissions, post operative care and discharges
-
Assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care needs of patients
-
Preparing, checking and administering medications in line with the registration standards, legislation and organisational policies
-
Providing respectful and equitable treatment to all patients and staff, ensuring care is delivered professionally and promptly.

Working with families to support infant individualised care program
About You
The successful candidate will also meet the following criteria:
-
Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.

Minimum 2 years’ experience
-
Demonstrated ability to deliver quality patient care.

Ability to use initiative, self-motivation and work as a team member with supervision.
