DoppioZero is a well-established Italian restaurant in Moorooduc known for authentic pizzas, fresh handmade pastas, and modern Italian dishes. We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Chef with 2–3 years experience in Italian cuisine to join our kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with quality ingredients, traditional Italian techniques, and a supportive professional team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking authentic Italian dishes including fresh pasta, pizza, and traditional mains
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Assisting with daily prep, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation
- Working closely with the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years experience in Italian cuisine or Mediterranean kitchens
- Strong understanding of Italian cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional kitchen
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for quality food and attention to detail
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
