As a Sales Professional with Levande, you'll guide prospective residents and their families through the retirement living journey, helping them find a community where they can live well, stay connected and enjoy the next chapter of life.
You'll take ownership of sales across Levande Patterson Lakes Community in Patterson Lakes and Levande Selandra Rise in Clyde North, building trusted relationships and supporting prospective residents from their first enquiry through to move-in. Working across both communities will give you variety in your day while allowing you to build strong local networks across Melbourne's south-east.
In this role, you'll:
- Manage the full sales journey from enquiry to settlement
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents, their families and referral partners
- Drive occupancy outcomes across two established communities
- Partner closely with village teams to support prospective residents
- Develop expertise in the growing retirement living sector

What You Will Be Working On
You'll guide prospective residents and their families through the decision-making process, helping them make confident choices while achieving strong sales and occupancy outcomes.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective residents and referral partners
- Achieving sales and occupancy targets across your portfolio
- Delivering personalised village tours and sales presentations
- Monitoring local market activity and competitor trends
- Supporting village events and community engagement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate sales activity and customer records within Salesforce
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
You enjoy building genuine relationships and helping people make important decisions with confidence.
You'll bring:
- 2–3 years' experience in a customer-facing, face-to-face sales role
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and customer focus
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Experience in retirement living, real estate, residential property or other high-value sales environments will be highly regarded. Relevant licensing requirements apply.
You may currently be working as a Property Sales Consultant, Residential Sales Consultant, Retirement Living Consultant, Village Sales Consultant, Real Estate Sales Consultant, Business Development Manager or in a similar customer-focused sales role.
