About our role:
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our Perth-based leadership team. This is a true business partnership role, where you will play a key part in enabling leadership to operate effectively and strategically.
About you:
You are a confident, organised and commercially aware Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic and professional environment. You bring a strong sense of ownership and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate:
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills with the ability to proactively anticipate challenges
- Experience preparing polished, high-level documentation (board papers, reports, proposals)
- Managing complex calendars, meetings and priorities with a strong sense of urgency and discretion
- Strong judgement, discretion and the ability to manage sensitive information
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to build strong relationships, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders in a clear, direct and outcome-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a Senior Administrator / Executive Assistant role with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent computer skills and intermediate capability with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement – in this role, you’ll work closely with the internal team from undergraduates through to regional managers, and you’ll be an ambassador for our Perth office
- Exposure to professional services, consulting or engineering environments (desirable).
