We are seeking caring, reliable and experienced Support Workers to support two male NDIS participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability living in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home.
Duties include:
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Assistance with dressing and daily living activities
- Community access and social outings
- Meal preparation and household tasks
- Supporting participants to follow daily routines
- Behaviour support and positive behaviour strategies
- Documentation and shift notes
- Promoting participant choice, independence and dignity
Pay: $24.95 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 38.0 per week
Work Location: In person
