We are seeking an Warehouse Assistant who is available for an IMMEDIATE START.
About the Role
The Warehouse Assistant is an Entry Level role within the Warehouse Team who assists with the picking, packing and dispatch of wholesale orders, as well as ad-hoc support for the Warehouse Team in a range of duties.
Core Functions (KPIs)
1. Wholesale Fulfillment
Support the Warehouse Coordinator by accurately setting aside, tracking and dispatching customer wholesale orders (both domestic and international), according to, and within Lioness quality and time standards, by:
- Follow Warehouse Team processes and workflows to pick and pack orders, which involves collecting products and getting them ready for dispatch.
- Ensure that wholesale orders are accurately dispatched with packing list and then dispatched within timeframes and delivery windows, to avoid cancellations and missed deliveries by following the Warehouse Coordinator’s instructions.
- Follow packing instructions carefully to comply with different wholesale client’s vendor requirements relating to customer packing and delivery standards.
2. General & Physical Warehouse:
- Be responsible for the accuracy of bin and system inventory, so that system data reconciles with physical locations and stock.
- As part of the Warehouse Team’s general duties, assist the team with physically lifting cartons and accurately moving stock, and recording stock movements in the system, following Lioness business rules and processes.
- Receive and accurately sort airfreight cartons to the assigned warehouse locations
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
About You
- Responsible, diligent and efficient
- Attention to detail, accurate with numbers and counting of stock.
- Ability to use computers & software, training will be provided.
- Fashion Warehouse or previous online pick and pack experience preferred.
