People and Culture Advisor
We are seeking a motivated People and Culture Advisor to join our People and Culture team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, loves keeping things organised, and takes pride in creating a positive employee experience.
This role supports the team to provide a range of compliance and human resource management functions including recruitment processes, inbox monitoring, compliance monitoring, and timesheet/payroll support.
Does this describe you?
This position will be the first point of contact for People & Culture administration function, including:
- Assisting employees with timesheet queries to ensure payroll processing deadlines are met
- Administering employee contract variations and processing employee changes in ConnX
- Provide employee lifecycle administration (including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
coordination).
- Recruitment and selection administration, including posting internal and external job vacancies
on ConnX and assisting Hiring Managers with recruitment and selection documentation.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and deliver workforce/compliance reporting.
- Monitoring HR Admin inbox – triage requests and distribute to appropriate P&C team member
where necessary
- Provide general administrative support to the P&C team.
You will have:
- An interest in or studying towards a Human Resources qualification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Excellent computer skills especially in the Microsoft office suite of programs
- Ability to provide professional customer service via phone, on Microsoft teams and face to face.
- High level of discretion, professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- A current South Australian Driver’s Licence
- A current DHS Working with Children screening and National Police Clearance, or willing to

Location
This role is based at Bowden just a short walk to the popular Plant 3 and Plant 4 entertainment complex in Gibson Street however some off-site work will be required.
