Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day sales administration including telephone communication, managing keys, and assisting sales staff workflows.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in client interactions, property listings, and associated documentation from listing through to launch.
- Manage scheduling, business correspondence, and general reception duties.
- Work closely with sales agents, office management, and administrative personnel to maintain efficient transaction processes.
- Use project and workflow management tools to monitor sales progress.
- Occasional site visits during business hours to assist with property-related tasks.
- Support contract-to-settlement activities and provide coverage during team absences to address client matters.
