Female Disability Support Worker – Heighett
JessiCare is currently seeking a warm, reliable and experienced female Disability Support Worker to join a new support team for a participant living in Moorabbin.
This role would suit someone who is bubbly, kind, patient and genuinely passionate about building meaningful relationships with the people they support. The participant is looking for someone she can truly connect with — someone who is fun, engaging, respectful and able to support her to live as independently, confidently and freely as possible.
About the Participant
The participant is a young woman living with high physical support needs. She uses a wheelchair and requires assistance with daily living, personal care and community access. She also lives with POTS and a range of complex support needs, so previous experience supporting participants with high intensity or complex physical disability is highly regarded.
She enjoys crafting, musical theatre, creativity, connection and spending time with people who bring positive energy into her day. The right person will be someone who can support her practically while also being a great personality fit.
