THE ROLE
Provide therapy to couples and individuals experiencing:
- Repeated conflict and communication breakdowns
- Emotional disconnection
- Betrayal and loss of trust
- Intimacy and sexual concerns
- Relationship anxiety and attachment difficulties
- Separation and major relationship transitions
You will have professional autonomy, strong administrative support and the opportunity to influence the direction of our relationship services.
ABOUT YOU
You are a warm, grounded and confident therapist who genuinely enjoys couples work. You can work with emotion, conflict and complexity while maintaining clear therapeutic direction.
You will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology, counselling or social work
- Current AHPRA, AASW, PACFA or ACA registration
- Couples-specific training in EFCT, Gottman or another recognised approach
- Demonstrated couples therapy experience
- Professional indemnity insurance and an ABN
- A commitment to supervision, ethical practice and professional development
Experience with neurodiverse couples, betrayal, intimacy, sex therapy or couples intensives will be highly regarded.
