Your Career Path
You'll kick things off in our warehouse, getting hands-on with our products and learning how the business ticks from the inside out. Once you've got that foundation locked in, you'll move into:
- Phone Sales: Chat with customers, help them find exactly what they need, and build relationships that keep them coming back. If you love talking to people and solving problems, this part is genuinely fun.
- Process Improvement: Got a better way of doing something? Tell us. We actually listen. We want people who spot what's not working and have the drive to fix it.
