Carpenter foreperson wanted
Due to an expanding workload and a good pipeline of projects in the future we are looking to take on an additional carpenter foreperson for our company. We are an award winning builder who undertakes architectural renovations and extensions, mostly on the northern beaches and lower north shore, occasional inner west. We work with architects, designers and directly with clients. All of our work is through referral and recommendation. You will be working with a small, friendly team to produce excellent outcomes for our great clients. Wages or sub contracting are both options:
Seeking suitably qualified experienced carpenters for hands on site manager, with the following:
Ute and all tools -this is a must
Fully qualified holding a certificate 3 in carpentry
Ability to problem solve, work independently and communicate effectively
Ability to liaise well with clients and organise/oversee trades
·Able to work both autonomously as needed and motivate the team
Well presented with good attitude
Experience running quality architect managed residential projects up to 2 million
Job Types: Full-time, Subcontract
Pay: $55.00 – $60.00 per hour
