OneStep Wellbeing is an NDIS and mental health provider delivering inclusive, person-centred supports across Victoria, NSW, and QLD. Our multidisciplinary team provides Positive Behaviour Support, Occupational Therapy, and Psychology.
We're expanding our OT team to meet growing demand and are looking for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join us. Majority of clients are based in CBD, Western and Northern suburbs.

The Role
You'll support NDIS participants to achieve their goals and live independently.
This role offers flexibility and a supportive environment where your work truly makes a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ongoing therapy sessions (clinic, community, or Telehealth)
- Collaborate with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
- AT and Home modification (desirable but not essential)
- Maintain quality documentation and reports aligned with NDIS standards
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Mental health experience (desirable)
- AHPRA registration (current)
- Working with children check
- NDIS check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,520.75 per year
