About the Opportunity
We are seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Waiters to deliver attentive, high quality service on the floor, joining the team behind a landmark new restaurant within the Powerhouse Parramatta, delivering a dining experience that is contemporary and quintessentially Western Sydney.
About the Role
You will work as part of our restaurant floor team, maintaining a consistently high standard of guest service during every shift.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing attentive table service across the restaurant
- Guiding guests through the menu and making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
- Assisting with restaurant setup, service and pack-down
- Building rapport with guests and delivering a warm, memorable and professional experience
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the restaurant floor
- Working collaboratively with kitchen, bar and management teams
About You
You are a hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering great guest experiences on the restaurant floor.
You bring:
- 3+ years restaurant experience in a similar venue
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest experience
- The ability to stay organised and composed during busy periods
- Availability across a range of shifts, including days, nights and weekends
- Enthusiasm for being part of a high profile new opening
