We are a Melbourne-based underground events company specialising in nightlife experiences including club nights, music events, warehouse-style events, festivals, and rave culture across a variety of venues throughout Melbourne CBD.
As our events continue to expand, we are looking for confident, reliable, and professional individuals to join our event security and crowd management team.
About the Role
This role involves assisting with crowd management, venue safety, guest interactions, entry support, and helping maintain a safe and organised event environment alongside event management and licensed security staff.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to enter the security, nightlife, or events industry and gain hands-on experience in fast-paced environments.
No Experience or Licence Needed
No previous security experience or licensing is required to apply.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with crowd flow and venue entry
- Supporting guest safety and event operations
- Working alongside licensed security and event managers
- Monitoring event areas and reporting issues when required
- Assisting with line management and patron interactions
- Maintaining professional conduct throughout events
- Helping ensure venues remain safe and organised
Requirements
- Weekend availability (Friday/Saturday nights essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Professional presentation
- Reliable transport to and from Melbourne CBD venues
- Willingness to learn and complete training where required

Venue locations may vary depending on scheduled events; however, all events are based throughout Melbourne CBD and surrounding nightlife precincts.
