What we are looking for:
This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced wholesale market and warehouse operation, where you will be responsible for keeping both environments running smoothly. You will ensure daily activities run efficiently, from coordinating warehouse flow to supporting the market team in delivering high-quality fresh produce to customers.
As the Operations Support Manager, you will take an active, on-the-ground approach, including stepping in when needed to keep operations on track, particularly during high-pressure periods. Beyond the day-to-day, the role also offers the opportunity to step back and improve how the business operates, working closely with the State Manager (QLD) to build capability, strengthen processes and create a high-performing, customer-focused team.
This is a full time role working market-centric hours, based on-site in Rocklea, Brisbane.

Lead day-to-day warehouse and market operations to deliver business outcomes

Support the State Manager to build culture, capability, and team performance

Drive operational efficiency through planning, resourcing, and KPI delivery
