Aussie Agro PTY LTD is a well-established manufacturing business specialising in production manufacturing industry, with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of our production operations.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and controlling production activities to ensure output targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. You will lead and manage production staff, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The position also involves coordinating with supply chain, maintenance, and logistics teams, managing production schedules and resources, and ensuring full compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and control production activities to meet business targets
- Manage and lead production teams to achieve operational efficiency
- Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and WHS regulations
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams
- Analyse production data and prepare performance reports
- Manage budgets, costs, and resource allocation
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Production Manager or similar
- Relevant qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Knowledge of Australian Workplace Health & Safety standards

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
