The Role
As a support worker, you are expected to provide support to a small group of clients across community access, domestic assistance, and personal care. Shifts are spread across Southwest Sydney suburbs and flexibility across locations is highly regarded.
Experience managing behaviours of concern is an advantage, and all workers will be supported with guidance and supervision.
Estimated hours are 10 to 16 per week with strong potential to grow as we expand our presence in this area. Weekend availability is preferred!
Note: Due to participant preferences and nature of personal care involved in this role, we are seeking applications from female support workers.
About You
-
Experience in disability support or community services
- Female candidates preferred in line with client care requirements
- Full Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own vehicle
- Willing to travel across Southwest Sydney suburbs
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and First Aid/CPR certificate
- Calm, adaptable, and reliable with a flexible approach to rostering
