About Nurture and Grow Early Learning Centre
Nurture and Grow is a privately owned, family-run boutique early learning centre located in Miranda. We are committed to providing high quality child care in a warm, thoughtfully designed environment where every child feels safe and nurtured, valued, and inspired to thrive. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our 39 place centre and inspire our team to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families.
The Opportunity
As our Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor, you will lead a boutique service of 39 children per day, working alongside a small, dedicated, and passionate team who genuinely love what they do.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the centre, leading and supporting a wonderful team of educators while building on the strong foundations already in place to further enhance our high-quality learning environment.
You will play a pivotal role in building on the strengths of your team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture, and ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality learning experiences for every child in our care.
You will be supported by an engaged Approved Provider, working closely together to ensure the smooth operation, ongoing growth, and continued success of the centre.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small, dedicated team of educators to deliver consistently high-quality practice
- Build a strong team culture by recognising strengths, supporting growth, and lifting performance
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring smooth, compliant, and effective running of the centre
- Maintain full compliance with the NQF, EYLF, and all regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement across educational programs, practice, and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with the Educational Leader to strengthen and enhance curriculum delivery and teaching quality
- Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with families and the local community
- Champion child safety, wellbeing, and high standards of care across all aspects of the service
- Oversee staffing, rostering, and performance management to support operational excellence
- Maintain occupancy and contribute to the ongoing reputation and success of the centre

- Proven experience as a Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor
