Role Responsibilities:
We are seeking reliable, professional, and values-driven Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.
This role helps people achieve their goals and become independent by supporting them and their families, improving communication and connections, building skills, encouraging community inclusion, and working with organisations to create more supportive and accessible environments.
In supporting people to achieve their aspirations and to be included in their communities your work will involve:
· Supporting participants with daily living activities
· Encouraging independence, choice and confidence
· Assisting with personal care, including meal preparation and household tasks
· Supporting participant support plans, appointments, social activities and behaviour support strategies
· Completing shift notes and reporting any concerns
· Promoting dignity, safety, privacy and respect at all times

What we require (Qualifications and Certifications):
· Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care or similar
· Current Driver’s License (full) with up to date car registration and insurance
· Current CPR, First Aid and Infection Prevention and Control Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
· NDIS Worker Screening Check – Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
· NDIS Certificates – Orientation, Induction, Providing Safe Meals and Effective Meals (or willingness to obtain)
· National Police Check
· Working With Children Check (WWCC)
· Full working rights in Australia

Pay: $32.88 – $35.15 per hour
