The Dining & Co is looking for experienced and enthusiastic baristas to join our growing café team across multiple Sydney locations.

About the role:
- Prepare consistently high-quality coffee
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain a clean and organised coffee station
- Work confidently during busy service periods
- Support the wider front-of-house team when required
What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista experience in a busy café
- Strong coffee-making and milk-texturing skills
- A positive attitude and excellent communication
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Available for weekday and weekend shifts
- Latte art skills are an advantage
