Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Change Manager.
What’s the role?
This is a hands-on Senior Change Manager opportunity where you’ll be right in the work, not just overseeing it.

Working across our Wealth portfolio including Global Investment Services and Online Share Trading, you’ll help shape how change is understood, adopted and embedded.
You’ll design and deliver practical change plans, support business communications and learning, and build strong stakeholder relationships to drive commitment. If you enjoy solving complex problems, getting into the detail and seeing the tangible impact of your work, this role is for you.
This is a 24-month fixed term contract based in Sydney Warrane, Barangaroo Gadigal Country with hybrid working arrangements.
What do I need?
- Experience leading complex change initiatives end to end and embedding outcomes into BAU
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and bring people on the journey through clear communication
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across a range of levels
- Experience managing change risks and driving practical solutions
- A hands-on mindset with a willingness to get involved and deliver outcomes
