Reporting to the State General Manager, you'll lead a group of Branch Managers and their teams across the Territory, creating an environment where people thrive, customers receive exceptional service, and branches consistently perform at their best.
This is a unique opportunity to lead across a geographically diverse region, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. You'll enjoy autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a genuine impact through developing people, strengthening culture, and driving operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing

Lead, coach and support Branch Managers to build safe, engaged and high-performing teams.

Develop capability across the region through mentoring, succession planning and talent development.

Foster a positive culture where people feel empowered, supported and motivated to succeed.

Drive branch performance by supporting revenue growth and delivering strong commercial outcomes.

Use data and business insights to identify opportunities and improve operational effectiveness.

Regularly visit branches to provide leadership support, conduct safety observations and uphold quality standards.

Manage labour and equipment costs to maximise productivity and efficiency.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives through our Reaching Best program.

Partner with the State General Manager on strategic planning and business initiatives.

Build strong relationships across the business and contribute to a collaborative leadership team.
