We have an exciting opportunity for a factory worker to join our team in North Coburg. We are happy to provide all necessary training, but experience in a similar environment will be advantageous.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Monitor supplies and ingredients necessary for daily operations.
- Store frozen desserts in refrigerated room with proper labels and check that correct information is printed on labels.
- Help team with organisation and setting up the station according to flavour run and maintain quality and efficiency within production.
- Ensure deliveries are carried out according to procedure and stock is rotated (FIFO principles to be followed).
- Ensure correct run of flavour are followed in order to prevent cross contamination with possible allergens.
- Maintain a clean working station and commit to all principles of food safety programme (HACCP Manual) and therefore health and safety of consumers.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience working in a fast and dynamic environment.
- Great time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
