The Langham Melbourne is currently looking for a Full Time Dry Cleaner to join our team. As a Dry Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning, pressing, and finishing services for guest garments and hotel uniforms.

Previous experience in a dry-cleaning role is essential, preferably within a luxury hotel or commercial laundry environment.

A qualification in dry cleaning, textiles, or a related field is preferred.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain the highest quality standards.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner.

Immaculate presentation and grooming.

Flexibility to work a rotating roster across a variety of shifts.

Process, wash, dry clean, and press guest garments and hotel uniforms.

Inspect garments before and after cleaning, applying stain treatments where required.

Ensure all garments meet the highest quality standards before returning them to guests or hotel departments.

Fold, package, and prepare garments for timely delivery.

Handle a variety of fabrics using appropriate cleaning techniques.

Operate and maintain dry-cleaning and laundry equipment.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.

Follow all Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Provide friendly, professional service and assist with guest garment care enquiries.
