Are you a Business Development Manager in equipment hire, capital equipment, construction machinery, or supplying products and services to rental companies?
Have you considered moving into capital equipment sales but assumed you'd need to take a pay cut to do it?
Not this time.
I'm working with a well-established OEM that has been supplying the Australian market for more than 20 years.
Their brand is recognised and respected, with a massive presence across the industry.
This is an opportunity to step into a role where your effort directly influences your earnings.
In capital equipment sales, the people who consistently perform are the ones who get in front of customers, understand their challenges, build relationships, and stay visible in the market.
You'll be responsible for a large territory with many untapped opportunities and have the autonomy to run it like your own business.
Work from home.
Work from the office.
Work from the road.
You're an adult. You'll be trusted to manage your own calendar and priorities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing relationships with equipment hire companies, contractors, and end users across your territory
- Identifying opportunities for capital equipment sales and fleet expansion
- Conducting customer visits, demonstrations, and presentations
- Managing your own pipeline and sales activity
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive a high level of service
- Growing market share across QLD & NT
What's On Offer
- Base salary: $120,000 + Super + Car
- Bonus: realistically: $30-40K
- Well-known brand with a strong reputation
- High level of autonomy and flexibility
- Established products with genuine market demand
- Long-term career opportunity with an awesome business
If you're currently selling into the hire, construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors and are curious about moving into a capital equipment role without sacrificing your earning potential, I'd be happy to have a confidential conversation.
