A rare opportunity is available for an experienced Diploma-qualified Educator to join a deeply community-connected kindergarten service in the welcoming rural township of Birchip, Victoria.
Located onsite at Birchip P-12 College, this sessional kindergarten service plays a central role within the local community, offering a genuinely collaborative and relationship-focused environment for children, families, and educators. Long Day Care also operates onsite, providing continuity of learning and strong connections across the early years.
The service is seeking an experienced Diploma Educator to support both the 3-year-old and 4-year-old kindergarten programs in 2026, including Victoria's exciting Pre-Prep rollout.

About You
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Previous experience working in an early childhood education setting beyond placement experience

Confidence contributing to curriculum planning, documentation, and assessment processes

Flexible, collaborative, and committed to high-quality practice
Please note: This position is best suited to educators who have gained practical experience in an early childhood setting outside of student placement experience. Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this position.
