The Senior Supply Officer will undertake a range of tasks associated with the effective operation of the physical distribution of Clinical Consumables and other products. This includes receipting, distribution, delivery, support and management of Imprest storage locations to ensure delivery of high quality, client focussed Supply Chain processes to clients.
Location will primarily be the Sunshine Coast University Hospital however you could be required to assist within the Sunshine Coast Health Service.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform functions associated with the receipt, handling, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and delivery of clinical consumables; equipment (clinical & non-clinical) and other goods.
Perform delivery functions, in accordance with schedules and requirements, to meet customer needs.
Support to Imprest storage locations including: maintaining bar code labels up to date, removing empty boxes & maintaining the storage locations in a neat and tidy state.
Undertake computing tasks including: scanning of assigned Imprest locations in accordance with the approved schedule, reporting; stores management (stock requirements / materials management) and catalogue activity.
Salary rates: $44.01 - $46.13 p.h. employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) (OO3) (casual positions available) Applications will remain current for 12 months.
