About the Opportunity
As a Pharmacist Level 1–2 Rotational Pharmacist, you will provide clinical and operational pharmacy services across a variety of specialty practice areas including inpatient wards, dispensary, manufacturing, cancer care, Hospital-in-the-Home, clinical trials, and medication distribution services.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will play a vital role in optimising medication therapy, supporting patient flow, and promoting the safe and appropriate use of medicines across the District. This rotational position offers excellent opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge and develop a broad range of hospital pharmacy skills.
In this role you will:
- Provide clinical and operational pharmacy services across a variety of hospital pharmacy settings, supporting safe and effective patient care.
- Review, validate, dispense, compound and check medicines to ensure timely, accurate and appropriate medication management.
- Optimise medication therapy through clinical review, evidence-based practice and quality use of medicines initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support pharmacy staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care and improve patient outcomes.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA, or eligibility for registration within three months of commencement.
- Strong clinical, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- A commitment to safe, evidence-based practice and the quality use of medicines.
- Flexibility to work across diverse pharmacy practice areas and adapt to changing service demands and priorities.
