We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Coordinator to take ownership of a portfolio of SIL homes and lead the day-to-day operational delivery of services.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds strong stakeholder relationships and takes genuine ownership of participant wellbeing, team performance and house stability.
This is not a desk-based administration role.
The Opportunity
As an Accommodation Coordinator, you will be responsible for the operational leadership of your allocated homes, ensuring participants receive safe, high-quality and person-centred supports.
You will be the primary point of contact for participants, families and Support Coordinators and play a critical role in ensuring services remain stable, responsive and outcomes-focused.
You will work closely with Senior Support Workers, Support Workers, Clinical Teams, Rostering and Leadership to ensure homes operate effectively and consistently.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading the day-to-day operations of multiple SIL homes
- Building strong relationships with participants, families and Support Coordinators
- Maintaining visibility of participant wellbeing and house dynamics
- Conducting regular house visits and operational audits
- Completing staff supervision, coaching and performance conversations
- Reviewing shift notes, incidents and operational documentation
- Ensuring incidents, actions and operational follow-up tasks are completed
- Monitoring service quality, compliance and participant outcomes
- Supporting onboarding and development of Support Workers
- Preparing stakeholder updates and participant progress reports
- Escalating operational risks and concerns appropriately

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing SIL homes, accommodation services or disability operations
- Strong stakeholder management skills with families, Support Coordinators and allied health professionals
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing frontline teams
- Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements
- Ability to confidently manage incidents, risks and operational challenges
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to make sound decisions and remain calm under pressure

Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Current Driver Licence
- First Aid & CPR
- Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, Nursing or a related field
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in disability services, accommodation services or a similar leadership role

Pay: $60,131.11 – $119,276.72 per year
