Rockhampton is our hub, home to the acute adult inpatient services and Mental Health Act administration, with additional services including the Step-Up Step-Down facility in Gladstone and the Adult Community Care Unit in Rockhampton.
About the role:
Turn data into action. Lead data management, analysis, reporting and KPIs to keep mental health and AOD services on track and meeting targets.
Be the information guru. Support information teams, champion accurate CIMHA reporting, build better systems and deliver training that keeps everyone on the same page.
Lead people and operations. Oversee teams, recruitment, performance, budgets and resources while driving smarter processes, continuous improvement and high-quality corporate services.
Bring everyone together. Work with clinical teams, managers and executives to solve problems, communicate clearly and build a resilient, collaborative team focused on quality care and better outcomes.
About you:
You know how to bring people together, lead through change and keep teams moving in the right direction.
Confident managing people, resources and budgets while keeping things running smoothly.
You can dive into complex data and reports, spot the story behind the numbers and pick up new tech and systems quickly.
Client-focused, collaborative and a confident communicator who can solve problems, negotiate and get things done with minimal supervision.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $139,030 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $56.48 - $61.45 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
17.5% leave loading
