The Harvey Norman @ Domayne Alexandria Small Appliances/White goods Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Manager, you have an understanding of retail management and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
To be successful you must:

- Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
What we require:
- Experience in retail management
- Someone who is proactive, self motivated and can take ownership of your department
- A high level of Small Appliances/white goods product knowledge to support customer queries
- Have the ability to assist with coaching, leading and motivating an enthusiastic team
- Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
- Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate
services
- Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
