In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering technical support and assurance for road pavements and related materials technology, including advancing standards, sustainability initiatives, and digital engineering practices.
This role will see you manage the development and implementation of engineering standards changes, provide expert technical advice, and contribute to research, audits, and performance assessments to maintain asset integrity, resilience, and safety. You’ll also support national pavement standards harmonisation and capability uplift within the team.
You will pioneer improvements in pavement standards, specifications, and design in a complex environment balancing safety, sustainability, and operational outcomes.

Your strong technical expertise and analytical skills formed across engineering, asset management, and infrastructure sectors will see you deliver robust standards, overcome technical challenges, and bring innovative processes to achieve safe, reliable, and cost-effective outcomes. You’re recognized as a trusted technical authority, skilled at developing and maintaining standards, and experienced in advanced investigations, design, and performance assessments in a technology-driven environment.
