The Role
You will be required to manage in successfully operating the assigned kitchen operation, in this case Collins Kitchen Restaurant, as a successful independent profit centre, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration. You will create, innovate and develop new and exciting concepts which deliver distinctive experiences to our guests.
