Greenvale Dental House is a high energy dental practice providing gentle, quality care, including - implant dentistry/all on 4, cosmetic dentistry, general dentistry and sleep dentistry. Equipped with the latest technology, we are dedicated to providing the best care and experience for our patients. We are looking for someone who can coordinate our clinical back of house - you can either have surgical experience in dental assisting or is someone who is willing to go above and beyond to learn the ins and outs of oral surgery.
The role is advertised as a part time role however this is negotiable.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate clinical back of house - from implant setups to coordinating with our labs and organising our surgical inventory
- Surgical coordinating - keeping track of our implant/surgical consignment, liaising with our implant representative and ensuring all stock is up to date
- Inventory management and ordering - monitor dental supplies and ensure treatment rooms are well stocked and all materials are ready for large cases. You will be working with a healthy budget per month.
- Calibrate, update and maintain the clinic's technology as per manufacturer's requirement.
- Patient care - assist with patient care and greetings chair side and ensure they are comfortable
- Clinical - set up and sterilise instruments, assist the dentist in procedures and consults, maintain an organised and clean treatment area
- Compliance - adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, overseeing infection control.
