Salary: $76K package (base + super) + $5K car allowance + KPIs (OTE ~$100K+)

You’ll work across a cluster of Aveo retirement communities in Brisbane, assisting the Sales Manager to build relationships with prospective residents, and growing your career with a trusted industry leader.

Your Impact:
- Working with the Sales Manager to support the sales process from enquiry to settlement, including administration, CRM updates, legislation forms, and welcome kits.
- Creating a warm, professional and inviting experience for prospective residents by assisting with tours, calls, and community engagement events
- Keeping display villas & units, signage, and the sales office presentation-ready at all times
- Managing CRM updates, marketing updates, listings, brochures and sales files to ensure accurate and timely information
- Assisting with events and Open Home activities to support lead generation and build local engagement
- Liaising with exiting residents, vendors, contractors and stakeholders to keep communication clear, consistent, and professional
- Ensuring every step of the move-in experience is smooth, supportive, and stress-free for our residents
What you’ll bring:
- Current QLD Real Estate registration
- Background in customer service or administration, preferably in the real estate, property or marketing industry (e.g. Sales Associate, Property Manager, Real Estate Admin or similar)
- Conversational fluency in Mandarin Chinese is an added bonus, but in no way essential!
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills with a proactive approach to organising tasks
- A warm, professional and polished appearance with strong customer service and communication skills (first impressions count!)
- Confidence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (highly desired)
- A self-motivated attitude that possesses an empathetic approach to your work and a team-first mindset
