About the Role
Support exceptional patient care as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, helping lead a skilled endoscopy team and enhance every stage of the patient journey. You’ll guide staff, support service delivery and drive safe, consistent care.
- Lead high quality care from admission through recovery and discharge
- Support team development, practice improvements and safe outcomes
- Coordinate staffing, rostering and daily service needs
- Assist with endoscopic procedures and equipment care
- Promote teamwork across a collaborative healthcare environment
About You
You’re a skilled Registered Nurse who brings clinical expertise, teamwork and a commitment to safe, high quality care. To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in endoscopy or a relevant clinical setting
- Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
- Ability to support and guide less experienced staff
- Knowledge of contemporary nursing standards and quality improvement
