We’re looking for a Casual Supervisor with personality, passion, and a genuine love for leading a team, to join us at Fabbrica Pasta Shop, Darlinghurst. Whether you’re an experienced supervisor ready for a fresh challenge, or a confident section waiter ready to step up and take on more responsibility, this could be the perfect next step in your hospitality career.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the floor, leading by example, supporting and motivating the team, and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience every time. You’ll work closely with the management team, contribute to training and development, and help maintain our high standards of service, food and wine knowledge.
