Join Zone Offroad' as a Retail Salesperson in our Kenwick WA 6107 location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to assist our customers in selecting the perfect 4x4 accessories and equipment for their off-road adventures.
What you'll be doing
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products
- Preparing Quotes, Invoices and following up leads.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of 4WD vehicles, accessories and equipment to educate customers
- Process sales transactions efficiently and courteously
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing retail space
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive/4WD industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to provide a great customer experience
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new 4WD parts and accessories
- A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
