Position: Full-Time Cook
Location: Montague Bistro at Club Narooma
Work Type: Full Time (Split Shifts) 38 hrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality meals in line with our bistro’s standards.
- Work efficiently during split shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Handle various cooking methods with precision, including wood-fired pizza
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work split shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team player attitude.
- Experience in wood-fired pizza (is highly regarded)

Pay: $80,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
