Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the showroom and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Understand customers' needs, recommend suitable fitness equipment, and confidently close sales.
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer enquiries regarding products, orders, and after-sales support.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Operate a forklift (where licensed) to safely retrieve products from the warehouse and assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented showroom and warehouse.
- Work closely with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in retail, showroom, or sales is preferred.
- A customer-focused attitude with confidence in building rapport and closing sales.
- Ability to perform manual handling and lift fitness equipment when required.
- A valid forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one) is highly regarded.
Desirable
- Mandarin language skills are highly regarded, as a portion of our customers are Mandarin-speaking.
- An interest in fitness, gym equipment, or strength training is an advantage.
Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
