Our client is recruiting an experienced Duty Manager to join and help lead the team of one of the longest standing venues within Granville.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility including overseeing daily operations within the venue
- Uphold a strong and positive team culture
- Manage, train, support and communicate with the team in delivering excellent customer service and adhering to polices & procedures.
Essential Criteria
Must have RSA, RSG, ARCG
Ideally has First Aid but not required
Must have prior experience with leadership and management
Must have an established background in hospitality
Must be detailed orientated and highly efficient
Must be flexible with hours including weekends and nights
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $87,000.00 per year
