Marand Precision Engineering is seeking Aircraft Assembly Operators to join our growing team, supporting the manufacture and assembly of military aircraft structures for Australia's aerospace and defence industry. This is a hands-on role suited to mechanically minded individuals who enjoy precision work, working with tools, and building high-quality products in a team environment.

What We're Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace or similar industries will be highly regarded.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Experience interpreting engineering drawings (advantageous).
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
Structural assembly
Drilling, reaming, deburring and countersinking
Sealant application
Measuring equipment including verniers, gauges and calipers
Composite bonding
Pneumatic tooling
