We're looking for an experienced Client Partnership Manager to become the trusted face of AssetProjects across the RSL LifeCare portfolio. This isn't a traditional account management role. You'll be responsible for protecting and growing one of our most strategic client relationships by building genuine partnerships with executive leaders, village managers, maintenance teams and operational stakeholders across multiple sites throughout NSW.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be the strategic link between AssetProjects and RSL LifeCare. Approximately 60% of your time will be spent visiting villages across NSW, with regular travel to locations including Sydney, Western Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and Dubbo. The remaining time will be spent coordinating internally from our Sydney office.
You'll become the trusted advisor for the client, ensuring every interaction adds value and every opportunity strengthens our partnership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build trusted relationships across all levels of the RSL LifeCare organisation.
- Regularly visit villages to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities.
- Represent AssetProjects at executive, operational and strategic meetings.
- Lead client engagement and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure exceptional project delivery.
- Monitor contract performance, reporting and governance.
- Develop and execute partnership and account growth strategies.
- Identify new refurbishment and capital works opportunities.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that deliver value for the client.
- Act as the voice of the client within AssetProjects.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally relationship-focused and commercially astute.
You'll likely have experience in:
- Strategic Account Management
- Client Relationship Management
- Facilities Management
- Property or Construction
- Refurbishment or Capital Works
- Retirement Living, Aged Care or Healthcare
You'll also bring:
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to build trust quickly across all organisational levels.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
