Code Camp, a division of Cluey Learning Pty Ltd, is one of Australia’s leading EdTech brands. We inspire kids aged 5–13 to create with technology through fun, hands-on Holiday Camps and After School Programs. Our mission is to spark curiosity, build confidence, and empower the next generation of tech creators.
This role is responsible to lead a small but hungry B2B team to:
Grow new and existing schools for our afterschool and holiday camp programs
Drive the engagement and performance of the team, lifting revenue per rep and engagement levels across the team.
The role
The role will be responsible to:
- Coach, mentor and motivate your team to hit (and smash) targets
- Drive performance through continuous training and feedback
- Monitor KPIs and monitor data to unlock opportunities
- Partner with Marketing to roll out fun promotional incentives
- Manage team rosters and the team running smoothly
- Act as the go-to escalation point for tricky student/parent enquiries
- Own team compliance and champion ethical selling practices
What you’ll be doing
What we’re looking for
5 + years B2B or channel partner sales, incl. 2 + years in a player coach or team lead role.
Proven record of lifting revenue per rep and building or turning around teams.
Mastery of CRM tools for pipeline, reporting and forecasting.
Skilled negotiator with education/service deals and ability to protect & manage margin.
Data literate and straight talking; thrives in scaleup environments.
Culture builder, knows how to create buzz and momentum, celebrate wins and keep people engaged.
