Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the TBG website and member platform.
- Create and optimise sales funnels.
- Manage CRM and automation systems.
- Build AI-powered member experiences.
- Develop partner and sponsor portals.
- Create reporting and analytics dashboards.
- Implement AI tools and agents.
- Improve conversion rates across all channels.
- Build and optimise email marketing systems.
- Support event and community technology.
- Evaluate and recommend technology platforms and tools.
