We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Dickson, ACT. This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly alongside experienced business owners, gain exposure across multiple businesses, and develop into a senior operational leadership role over time. You will build skills in business management, stakeholder coordination, projects, operational support, and business decision-making while helping drive the continued growth of the group.
About the Role
This is a high-trust role responsible for helping keep the group organised, compliant and operating effectively. You will work closely with business owners and key stakeholders while coordinating business administration, managing important tasks, supporting business projects, and improving systems and processes across the group.
No two days are the same. One day you may be coordinating a new business project, reviewing key tasks, or liaising with external advisors or service providers. The next you could be supporting a business opening, improving a process, or ensuring important deadlines and business requirements are met.
