Qualifications & Capabilities Required
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering with minimum 4 years experience
- Drivers license and Construction White Card
- Experience in civil engineering or construction is essential, as is a professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be willing to travel to various sites across QLD & NSW
- TMR and RMS specification experience is highly regarded
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the on-site project team to ensure timely delivery of projects from a cost and time perspective
- Manage construction planning and programming
- Significant input in implementing & managing project Quality Systems and ITPs
- Major procurement, quote requests & supplier management
- Subcontractor management
- Cost tracking, monthly progress claims and reporting
- Managing and guiding junior Engineers
- Maintain and apply all relevant standards and polices
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Rosters generally 5 on 2 off or 10 and 4 or 2 weeks on 1 week off
- Some office time also
- Assisting with tendering as required

We are a Civil Contractor specialising in roadworks - pavement & stabilisation, culvert upgrades and DFRA flood restoration work primarily for local government. Based in South-East Queensland, we have successfully completed projects across most of regional Queensland and Northern NSW, including remote areas.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
