Fowlers Asphalting are seeking experienced Plant Operator/s to join our growing team.
To be successful in this role you will have experience such as excavator operation, skidsteer operation, roller operation, truck and dog experience, heavy float experience, general plant operation and experience and knowledge and general labouring duties. Experience in civil construction/roads preferred.
As the successful candidate you will have:
Minimum HR licence holder with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Minimum 2 years experience in operation of plant and equipment on civil construction/road construction sites.
HC Licence highly desirable
Proven ability to be a team player
Willing to contribute to manual labour
Excellent understanding and commitment to quality, work health safety and environmental outcomes
Excellent communication skills
The position is based in various location throughout Gippsland. Candidate must be willing to travel and work away for short periods when required.
